At City Uniforms, we are committed to delivering high-quality school uniforms that meet official school guidelines and customer expectations. To ensure transparency and fairness, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Policy (Defective Products Only)

City Uniforms accepts returns only in cases where the product delivered is defective or incorrect.

A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

Valid return reasons include:

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with:

• Order number

• Product details

• Clear images showing the defect or issue

Once the issue is verified, we will provide further return instructions.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes vary. Therefore, we accept exchanges for size-related issues, subject to the conditions below:

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Item must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags must be intact

• Product must be in original packaging

• No alterations or modifications should have been made

Customized or altered uniforms cannot be exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or school-specific items prepared as per school requirements

• Altered uniforms

• Used, washed, or worn items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items returned without original packaging and tags

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only in approved cases of defective or incorrect products.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

No additional refund processing charges will be applied.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect product delivery, City Uniforms will assist with the return process.

For exchange requests (such as size change), customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
